TheButtonStore.co.uk has come about from the success of our etsy store,BerryNiceCrafts. We have decided to dedicate a whole website to buttons and craft projects incorporating buttons and are busy preparing some tutorials.

From our Etsy shops we post internationally on a daily basis and have returning customers in the USA, Australia, Canada, Russia, Norway, Spain, New Zealand, Italy, Greece and many other countries.

We are currently only accepting payment by paypal secure method. You do not need a paypal account to pay by this method, please click the appropriate box on the payment screen.
Orders for stock items from TheButtonStore.co.uk are processed and dispatched within 36 hours.
Orders for handmade buttons from TheButtonStore.co.uk will be made and dispatched within 48 hours, you will be notified as soon as possible if the order will take longer than 48 hours.
Every order posted to the UK is sent First Class.
We will send you an email confirming dispatch of your order and quote any relevant tracking number.
Due to the Royal Mail Price increases April 2015 and the re-categorising of letter and parcel sizes we are looking into alternate packaging (large letter sized boxes) and the use of myhermes and collect+ for delivery. We will endeavour to use the quickest, safest and most economical method to transport your order.
We are currently charging a flat rate of £1.00 postage per order to a UK address
We do post overseas and use standard airmail. If you wish to pay for international tracking on your postage this will incur an extra £5.00 charge (as per the Royal Mail website, http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery).
Delivery times depend on the destination (packages going to Europe are usually delivered within the week, packages to USA and beyond can take several weeks depending on location).
For overseas orders- the cost we charge for postage does not include any taxes or customs charges you may incur on delivery in your country, please check with your countries postal service before ordering.
We will provide a proof of posting for your order with your address details on it.

Lost or Missing Parcels
All orders posted out are securely wrapped, with clear address details and our return address details. We always get a proof of posting and should a parcel not be received after four weeks from the posting date (the timescale Royal Mail deem an undelivered parcel as lost/missing) we will issue a full refund and put a claim to Royal Mail to trace the parcel. Royal Mail may, in due course contact you for a signed statement to this effect.
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on providing great service as well as great handmade items.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase or our service pleasecontact us and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
If we make a mistake with your order we will send a replacement immediately.
We are unable to provide refunds after dispatch of personalised items if you have simply changed your mind.
If you love our products please tell others, if you are disappointed, please tell us.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please inform us at contact us to arrange a return. If the item is faulty you will be required to return the item to us, preferably in its original packaging, whereby an exchange or refund will be given. If your order is not suitable or there is something in it you simply 'don't like'we are happy to refund once you have returned the order to us. Please obtain a proof of posting when returning items.
All rights, including design of the handmade buttons, cushions, hearts and other stitched products handmade by me and listed for sale on any of my online shops, are reserved by Stephanie Pearce t/a BerryNiceCushions, BerryNiceCrafts and TheButtonStore.co.uk. I do not own the copyright of any buttons, ribbons, beads or tools that I purchase from wholesalers or trade fairs.
