SHIPPING

TheButtonStore aim to despatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Any orders received at weekends or bank holidays will be despatch next working day.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Normally any UK orders weighing 1kg to 20kg are shipped using one of Royal Mail's postal services. You can choose which delivery option you require upon checkout. Any orders outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Service. Certain orders will be subject to additional delivery charges and we will contact you prior to despatch.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If you decide, after receiving an item from us that you do not require it, you may return it to us unopened and unused in its original packaging within 14 days. This MUST be at your expense and using "a proof of dispatch" method of shipping and we will refund the full cost of the item excluding our packaging and shipping costs. We will not make a refund if the item shows any signs of having been used.

PLEASE NOTE: Computer screens render colours in different tones and we are unable to accept a return where the colour is unsatisfactory. We will also not refund if the size of the piece is too small for us to restock for resale. For most practical purposes, we cannot restock materials where the size is less than 3 metres. Please contact TheButtonStore before returning unwanted items to check whether a refund is available or not. Refunds will not be made until the order is received and checked.
