All prices quoted are per metre in British Pounds (GBP) and exclusive of VAT. Value Added Tax will added upon check out. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Order process
Orders are processed and received by TheButtonStore processing system. Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted. We will process your order and organise your shipping in accordance with our Shipping and Payments Policy. You will receive a second email which will contain tracking information to advise you that your order has been shipped.

 

Payments
We process payments with either Stripe or Paypal. All Payments are secure and are processed in GBP. We are able to accept payments using the following types of credit and debit cards:

a) Visa
b) MasterCard
c) American Express
 

If you use a credit card that is registered overseas to make a purchase, the total costs payable will be determined by the card issuer or bank and based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. Your card issuer or bank may charge you a currency conversion fee. In addition to this your card issuer may charge you an international transaction fee that may in your statement.. This is not a charge from us and we cannot reverse or refund this fee as it was not charged by us. If you would like to know what charges apply to you, please contact your card issuer prior to making any purchases on our site.

 

UK Taxes
Prices quoted exclude taxes, duties (if applicable) and delivery charges.

 

International taxes and duties
If you live outside the UK your parcel may upon entry into your country incur an import duty or tax. Local import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid in order for the parcel to clear customs. Unfortunately we cannot advise on local import duties and we have no control over these duties and taxes. Please ensure you are aware what local duties or taxes are payable by you upon receipt of your goods into your country.
